Simply speaking, use eutectic (e.g. Wax) to make fusible mold first; then, assemble molds properly and cover the surface with refractory dressing; after dried and hardened, the mold is dropped from the shell with the steam or thermal water; next, calcinate the mold in the calcinating furnace; cast molten metal to the calcinated mold and the cast is finished.
