It is better that the precision of cast dimension can be up to be 5‰ of the nominal dimension and the roughness can be up to Ra0.8-3.2μm so that the subsequent machining can be easier. When it is the final-construction or near the final-construction, all the machining can be cancelled off.

The cast can realistically reflect the mold structiure. Accordingly, Letters and pictures can be stamped on the cast surface, which can upgrade the artistic value of the products.
